My Design Perspective
Simplicity is my superpower. I turn complex ideas into experiences users, investors and stakeholders trust. I hold an MA in Marketing Communications and I'm a Harvard certified Design Thinking practitioner.
I have been a designer for 13 years, working with companies of all sizes to craft story-driven brands and experience-driven products. I lead projects and design teams, while collaborating with technical teams such as developers, coders, researchers and marketers to meet business goals.
With a passion for stunning visuals, I've seamlessly integrated no-code & AI tools to make the development and production processes efficient. My goal with any project is to bring a perfect blend of design aesthetics and technical functionality.
What inspires me
I was born in Bangalore, India, surrounded by multiple cultures, languages, and forms of creativity. My mother is a poet and my father is a mechanical engineer. To me, the arts and sciences are naturally harmonious, two inseparable parts of a whole. I grew up drawing, writing, playing the guitar and travelling every time I could. To this day, I paint when I'm free and not occupied with design work.
I'm inspired by Zen, Taoist philosophy, the work of Alan Watts and patterns in nature. This shapes my worldview, where I believe great design ultimately gets out of the way so the message is vivid, captivating, easy to navigate & understand.
Sci-fi, comics, music, philosophy, art and books have also been lifelong sources of inspiration.
